Q: What makes Teresa's Treasures different than the other gift companies?

A: We take our customer service very seriously and we are known for our ability to exceed expectations, we call our clients upon delivery, may provide a photo of your design, carry only the highest quality products, and one of the largest selection in our area. We are able to customize orders as needed and assist companies with small to large orders that are customized to their liking. If you're looking for something, and don't see it on the web.. just give us a call and we'll try to help you find what you're looking for. We believe in making a difference in our community and seek out ways to support our local charities as well. We also offer free delivery in our local area for churches to help them reinvest in their congregation by saving money for their cause.


Q: How do I know what items will be in my basket?

A: We are very proud of our product selections and can assure you we carry only top quality items that are unique and very delicious. We use a combination of sweet and savory products such as snacks mixes, nuts, pretzels, popcorns, cheese, chocolates, dried fruits, coffee, cookies, tea, and much more. We do not offer "cookie cutter" designs so that each design is special and unique just for you. If you have a certain request, we will do our best to accommodate so just let us know. Chocolate will not be shipped in the summer months. We do reserve the right to substitute any item listed for equal of greater value.


Q: Can you ship to a PO Box? Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes- while we normally ship UPS ground, we do offer postal service for these occasions as well as for APO military addresses and international shipments.


Q: Can I ship to a hospital out of the area?

A: We offer local delivery to the hospitals in most of the North Texas region but in outlying areas we can ship to a hospital if you are certain the patient will still be admitted by the time it arrives. We ALWAYS PREFER to ship to a residence to be sure that it reaches friend or loved one, so it does not stay in a mailroom an extended time, or get returned for re-shipping at an additional cost to you.


Q: Do you offer any special discounts/coupons?

A: Yes, we do very often through advertising, EXPO setups, for new clients, and most often for our very special Treasured E-friends. You want to be a part of this group as we DO NOT spam, share your name, or email more than 1-2 times per month and we have offerings no one else received for this group. Email us to join and you may opt out anytime. If you are a member and have not been receiving, please check your junk folder or put us on your safe list to be sure you get our invitations and coupons. Q: How do I know what my custom design looks like?

A: If it is a standard design, you will be able to view it online but if you request a custom gift, we are happy to email or text you a photo if requested.


Q: May I add items already purchased to a gift?

A: Yes - we are happy to add personal items to your gift as well as promotional products or business cards for companies.


Q: Do you sell alcohol?

A: We have chosen to not carry an alcohol license but if it is for local delivery, you may purchase the wine and we can include in your gift. Shipping of alcohol is not permitted with us.


Q: Are payment terms offered for a company?

A: Yes- Net 30 terms may be applied after your first corporate order with a credit card and upon approval of the credit application you will find on our homepage or the corporate category online.


Q: What credit cards do you accept?

A: All major cards- Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express


Q: Besides gift baskets, what other services do you offer?

A: We are a full service gift company so there really is not much we cannot offer to you except for fresh flowers or alcohol. We offer Sugar free items, wine wraps, hotel amenities, spa/pamper gifts, favors, and possibly honor other requests. Just give us a call and we'll see how we can help you. We also offer fulfillment services where you can provide all items and we will create a beautiful design for you.


Q: When will my gift arrive in shipping or delivery?

A: If you place the order before noon each day, we will do our best to deliver the same day but we do have a 24-48 hours policy depending on our load for that day. If it is a special occasion or circumstance, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate. Regarding shipping, we ship UPS ground unless you ask for expedited, which is at a higher rate determined by the zip code and time frame. UPS does not include the day an item is shipped or the weekend in their delivery time frames, and holidays will always be a longer estimate. We contact our clients when gifts are delivered or arrive in shipping so you will always have that reliability.

Q: If I provide all the contents will you design a gift for me?

A: Yes, happy to do so. Just contact us and our design staff will create a beautiful gift in your theme or colors in just a short time. A basic design fee will apply and is determined by container cost, labor time, etc.


Q: What happens if the information I provide to you is incorrect?

A: If the information causes a delivery to be redelivered or reshipped, there will be an additional cost attached. Please confirm your entries when ordering online and provide as much information as possible for us.
